Biography:
Bob Byrnes was born and raised in Waukon, Iowa where he attended Waukon High School. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree at the University of Wisconsin in Platteville, Wisconsin and has been a Marshall resident since 1979. Bob is currently the Regional Director of the University of Minnesota Extension Service in Marshall. He has been employed with the University of Minnesota Extension Service since 1979.  Bob is involved in several community organizations. He is on the Board of Directors for the Southwest Regional Development Commission; the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Prairieland Economic Development Corporation; a member of the Marshall Industries Foundation; and serves on the Avera Marshall Regional Medical Center Board of Directors. Some of the prestigious awards Bob has received are "Outstanding Elected Official" by the Minnesota Association of Emergency Managers; "Purcell Pinacle Award for Outstanding Humanitarian"; the University of Minnesota Community Service Award; and the "Distinguished Service Award" by the NACAA.

Bob and his wife Brenda have two adult children - Bridget and Brian.

Biography:

Charlie was born in Lynd, Minnesota and moved with his family to Marshall when he was five years old. He attended and graduated from  Marshall High School. Charlie has owned and operated C & C Cleaning Company in Marshall (janitorial cleaning company) since 1993. Charlie is the Children's Pastor at Grace Life Church and was previously a board member and chairman of Marshall Area Christian School; treasurer and chairman of Lyon County Republican Party; and was Republican Central and District chairman of District 21. Some of Charlie's hobbies include fishing, playing cards, swimming, exercising and working with the youth in church.

Charlie and his wife Christine have three children - Joe, Julie, and William (Billy), and three grandchildren - Hailey, Hannah, and Ellie.

Biography:
John was born in Marshall and grew up on a dairy farm between Marshall and Lynd. He graduated from Lynd High School and then graduated from Southwest State College (currently known as SMSU) in Marshall. Since 1973, John has worked for BH Electronics, Inc. and now is the Vice President of Engineering. He has also operated an electronic equipment repair company in Marshall for 19 years. His hobbies are fishing and golf and spoiling a grandson when possible. He has served on the MMU Commission and the Economic Development Authority as well as Marshall Area Chamber of Commerce president and on several church committees.

He is married to Judy and they have two married children - Karilyn Lund of Coon Rapids, MN and Krisann Durbin of Bay City, TX.

1977)

Biography:
Mike Boedigheimer was born in Perham, Minnesota. He was 10 years of age when he moved with his family to Cottonwood, Minnesota where he attended and graduated from Cottonwood Public High School. He received his Bachelor of Science and MBA in Business from St. Cloud State University in St.Cloud, Minnesota. Mike's certifications include: CPA, CMA, CGFM. Mike moved to Marshall in 1968 when he accepted a position with Southwest Minnesota State University (SMSU) as a Professor of Accounting and still enjoys working with the students. Mike was a Marshall Volunteer Firefighter for 28 years before he retired in 1997. For 14 years, he was a volunteer coordinator/driver for "Hal's Pal's" Weiner Memorial Medical Center Nursing Home.

Mike and his wife Sue have three children - Scott, Robert, and Dan; and five grandchildren.

Biography:
Larry Doom was born in Cottonwood, Minnesota where he attended and graduated from Cottonwood Public High School. After graduation, he attended Alexandria Vocational School in Alexandria, Minnesota. Larry is a Sales Manager at D & M Implement, Inc. and has been employed with them since 1973.
Larry has been a committee member of the Planning and Zoning Commission for the City of Marshall. He is involved in Boy Scouts and a member of the Knights of Columbus.

Larry and his wife Jackie have two children - Lisa and Tate.

Biography:
Dan has lived in Marshall since 1963 where he attended Marshall schools. Dan has been involved in the trash hauling industry since 1967 and president of Southwest Sanitation since 2004. Dan has been involved in many organizations in Marshall over the years and feels the community is a great place to live. 

Dan and his wife Marie have three children: Lisa, Scott, and Laura and are very proud grandparents.

Biography:
Jennie Hulsizer was born in Cheyenne, Wyoming and was raised on a ranch north of Buffalo, South Dakota. She attended Bowman High School in Bowman, North Dakota. Jennie then attended South Dakato State University in Brookings, South Dakota where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in Political Science and Speech Communications. Jennie's involvement with the Marshall community consists of being parent volunteer at the Marshall Area Christian School, a Marshall High School Soccer, and Speech Booster. She served as the Lyon County Republican Chairwoman for four years. Jennie enjoys being a stay at home mom! Some of Jennie's interests include reading, music, theater and politics.

Jennie and her husband Joseph have four children - Charles, Rachel, Josiah, and Zoe.
